Harvard Risk Management Corporation is currently seeking Part Time Virtual Recruiting Assistants to assist us with a 3 to 6 month recruitment project. Permanent opportunites are available to those who perform at a satisfactory level.
Must have basic computer skills including typing, web browsing and emailing.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
* Updating and posting ad content for our agency openings throughout an assigned region.
* Responding to candidates via email and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
* Following up with accepted candidates and facilitating/scheduling their training with a manager
* Compliance with our standardized recruitment practicesYou should be in the US to apply for Jobs
This is an entry level opportunity and we will train someone with little or no experience in recruitment or human resources, however we do require a positive attitude, dependability and a willingness to learn. Training will be virtual (online and telephonic – you will not need to come to our office). Hours – 10 to 15 hours per week
